Welcome to The Language of Leadership

Updated: Aug 28, 2019

To be effective, leaders have to do a lot of things. Depending on the role that can include setting goals, allocating resources, managing projects, and lots more. But there is one thing that spans all leadership situations. This one thing is so crucial that any form of leadership is unimaginable without it.

This one things is communication. More than any other activity, the work of a leader is done through talking.

I have devoted my career to helping leaders better communicate their vision, passion and identity. This weekly blog/email newsletter is designed to be a resource for leaders. My focus is on insightful and actionable ideas specifically focused on the topics of communication, influence and change.

All of the content is my own (although some of the core ideas are adapted from my research and reading).

I hope you get value from it, and I’d love to hear your feedback. Feel free to post comments here or email me directly at gregor@rockpaperpartners.com

Thanks!
